Adrian Blindt, PT
Adrian graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Physiotherapy. He has worked as a physical therapist in the Plymouth / Carver area for 14 years specializing in the McKenzie approach to back pain and the treatment of sports injuries. He incorporates strength training for rehabilitation and injury prevention drawing on his experience as a successful competitive weightlifter. Adrian has a background in research, including a PhD in genetics prior to becoming a physical therapist.

Amy Sotomayer, MSPT

Amy Sotomayor (formerly Catalano) graduated from UMASS Lowell with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1998. She has worked as a PT in the Plymouth area for over 10 years. Amy specializes in orthopedics as well as in the following: Rehab following Mastectomy/ Breast Reconstruction, Lymphedema, Headaches, Fibromyalgia, Postpartum pain or Pain during Pregnancy and chronic pain. She is a certified Lymphedema therapist by the Lymphology Association of North America(LANA). Amy utilizes a holistic approach with each patient that includes cranial sacral therapy techniques, manual therapy, postural strengthening and theraputic exercise geared towards regaining function with less pain. Amy works in our Plymouth location.

Corinne Doughty, PT, OCS

Corinne Doughty, PT, OCS
Cori graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelors degree in physical therapy in 2000. She has been practicing physical therapy in the outpatient orthopedic setting since graduation. She has been board-certified as orthopedic clinical specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties since June 2004. Cori utilizes a combination of manual techniques, therapeutic exercise and functional training in her treatments to restore function and mobility of her patients. Cori works as a full time therapist in our Plymouth location, located inside Planet Fitness.

Beth graduated from Simmons College with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2001. She specializes in Women's Health, providing treatment for incontinence, pelvic pain/dysfunction, pain during pregnancy and post-partum. Her treatment approach focuses on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise. Beth sees patients in the Women's Wellness Center inside the Plymouth Clinic.

Cathy graduated from Springfield College in 1994 with her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. In August of 2001, Cathy became a McKenzie certified therapist by completing her certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Spine in Ottowa, Canada. For the past 11 years, Cathy has focused on outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with specialization in treatment of the spine. Treatment techniques revolve around manual treatment including Maitland and Mulligan techniques in conjunction with therapeutic exercise.
