Bret Ferrell, PT, MSPT, CSCS
Bret Ferrell, PT, MSPT, CSCS is the clinical director of Bay State Physical Therapy, Beverly. Bret graduated from Boston University with his Bachelor of Science degree in May of 2001, and received his Masters of Physical Therapy in January of 2003. Bret formerly practiced out of Bay State Physical Therapy in Weymouth where he treated and worked as clinical manager for 6 years. Bret practices from a strong manual background, in which he has attended extensive training through numerous courses in spine & peripheral techniques. Bret uses this manual treatment along with sport and function specific strengthening to help patients achieve their optimal goals. He has participated in and coached soccer at the local and state levels and uses this background when working with orthopedic injuries. It has helped form his philosophy: Maximize the patients' strengths to return safely and quickly to pain free activity!

Lauryn Ginsburg, PT

Lauryn Ginsburg, PT
Lauryn graduated from Springfield College with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. A former gymnast for over 20 years and currently a coach for the gymnastics team at the YMCA, Lauryn enjoys working with athletes helping them return to sport. Her areas of interests include sports medicine, knee and shoulder injuries. Lauryn’s treatment approach includes the combination of manual therapy and functional exercise to help her patients return to the activities they love.

Marissa Osterman, PT, DPT
Marissa graduated Suma Cum Laude from Quinnipiac University with a Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. While at Quinnipiac, Marissa was a Graduate Assistant, teaching undergraduate Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy courses. She recently completed her last clinical affiliation at Harvard University, where she worked in an outpatient setting, treating various musculoskeletal injuries. Marissa was a former gymnast who enjoys working with a variety of patients, including pre and post-operative patients and athletes. Marissa uses her athletic background and a combination of manual therapy techniques along with therapeutic exercises with her patients to help them achieve their functional goals and return to the activities they love.
