Our personal training studio features a wide array of equipment including recumbent bike, stairmaster, treadmill, resistance bands, free weights, foam rollers, Bosu half balls, Swiss balls, medicine balls, and Fitness Anywhere's TRX suspension training system endorsed by several fitness magazines and professional athletes. We have all the equipment to help you reach all your goals.

Keshrie Naidoo, PT, DPT, MS
Keshrie received her Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 1998 and practiced in South Africa for 3 years before moving to Boston. She completed her Advanced Masters in Physical Therapy with a specialization in Orthopedics and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2005. She has over six years of experience in outpatients, transitional care and acute care. Her interest in women's health led to her post graduate thesis on the effects of exercise on functional disability during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.Her focus in the clinic is to combine joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and therapeutic exercise to achieve the best possible outcome for the patient. Keshrie is the clinical manager and full time physical therapist at Bay State Physical Therapy in Quincy.
Brad Boulanger, CPT, BS, DPT
Brad received his BS in biology with a minor in psychology from Assumption College in Worcester, MA in 2006. That same year he also became a NCSF certified personal trainer. Brad worked as a personal trainer for 3 years while pursuing his physical therapy degree. Brad then received his DPT from Simmons College in Boston, MA in 2009. While in school Brad spent time working in several different physical therapy settings including inpatient general medicine, outpatient pediatrics and outpatient orthopedics. Brad has a strong background in therapeutic exercise through his experiences in school as well as during his time spent as a personal trainer. Brad's interests include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and fitness and conditioning for all populations. Brad is currently a full time physical therapist and part-time personal trainer at Bay State Physical Therapy in Quincy.
Barbara Kasa, DPT, BS
Barbara Kasa graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She continued her education at URI receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in May of 2008. Her clinical experiences have included a pediatric hospital, an outpatient orthopedic clinic, and a sub-acute hospital focusing on geriatrics, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and an amputee program. Barbara has also gained experience working in sports rehabilitation and neuropathology therapy settings. She is the recipient of the Dr. Ruth J. E. Jones Award in recognition of excellence in physical therapy. Barbara has a strong interest in incorporating manual therapy techniques, patient education, and functional therapeutic exercises into treatment and adapting them to fit each person's program. She values assisting patients to reach their goals and optimizing their level of performance.
