Julia H.

Julia H., PT, DPT, earned both her Bachelor of Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nazareth University in Rochester, NY. During her time there, she was a member of the women’s ice hockey team, an experience that fueled her passion for movement, recovery, and helping others return to the activities they enjoy. Julia gained clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, neurology, and acute inpatient rehabilitation.

These experiences gave her a well-rounded foundation in treating patients with a wide variety of conditions across all stages of recovery. While she has a special interest in working with athletes and post-operative patients, she enjoys helping individuals of all ages and activity levels achieve their functional goals! Outside of the clinic, Julia enjoys coaching girls’ youth hockey, working out, and walking her dog.
