“Excellent provider – I have full confidence in the physical therapist at this location. Tim is professional, knowledgeable, courteous & patient. I’ve seen him interact with all sorts of people from different backgrounds & he’s nice to everybody – no prejudging. The work area/office is very clean & spacious. There’s a private room for one-on-one sessions, when needed. We’re very fortunate that we found this location & that he accepts our health insurance. It’s also very easy to schedule future appointments – he is very flexible & accommodating. 100% recommended.”

“What a great find at the YMCA. I was curious as this facility is new and I have been sitting on a doctor’s referral for my knee pain for a month now. I had been to one other place before and it was ok. I figured why not try them and found out that there are many Bay State offices throughout the state. Tim was great! He explained how my knee alignment was causing friction and inflammation in my knee and showed me some stretches and exercises to correct it. It is feeling better already. I have plans to do 8 weeks of the exercises and hopefully avoid that return trip to the UMASS ortho.”

“I am a former rugby player with a laundry list of chronic injuries. I have had 6 arthroscopic surgeries on my knees and labral repairs in both of my shoulders. I am getting to that point whether it was total knee replacement time. My orthopedist told me to try physical therapy again in addition to my gym routine. I was actually surprised how much better I felt after a few weeks. I am encouraged that I can put it off in the short term maybe the long term. It was one of those things were I have just been doing the same routine for too long and learned the hard way about seated leg extensions. All 5 stars for Bay State. I will probably be back for the shoulder at some point too.”
