Adam earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions. He believes in evidence-based, individualized treatment plans combining manual therapy and functional exercise to maximize his patients’ rehabilitation potential. He is committed to work closely with his patients while using his knowledge of biomechanics to help them fully understand how to avoid recurring injuries, optimize their performance, and ensure they meet all of their personal and physical therapy goals. In addition to his physical therapy degree he is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Originally from the north shore of Boston, Adam graduated from Indiana University with a degree in music business and worked in sales and in the music industry before changing his career to physical therapy. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending concerts, playing basketball and golf, and watching all Boston sports teams.

Jim has 20 years of experience in treating orthopedic, sport and work related injuries. His interest in spine care lead him to attend a two year residency in orthopedic manual therapy from The Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Jim's passion lies in the areas of spine and post-operative shoulder rehabilitation. He believes that active patient participation, sound biomechanical principles, and thorough patient education are the keys to successful functional outcomes.

Jim enjoys teaching and has served as a lab instructor at Boston University in the Physical Therapy Department and is a frequent lecturer at North Shore Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant Program.

He also trains in various forms of Martial Arts, enjoys Home Brewing beer and golf.  He, his wife and 3 children are also very active in their local church and its community outreach activities.

Cheryl is the managing partner at the Danvers clinic with over 12 years of experience.  After obtaining her Master’s Degree of Science in 2003 from Northeastern, she completed a two year post graduate residency program in Norwegian manual therapy earning her an Orthopedic Manual Therapist certification specializing in the spine and orthopedics.  Her studies at The Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy gave her an intricate understanding of the biomechanics and rehabilitation principals of the spine and extremities; this knowledge allows her to treat patients efficiently and effectively.   As a former competitive swimmer with 17 years of experience, including 6 appearances at the United States National Swimming Championships, she understands the passion and drive possessed by athletes.  Cheryl is committed to helping her patients restore optimal function and performance and has worked as a member of the Boston Marathon rehabilitation team.  Cheryl places a strong emphasis on patient education in effort to help people gain a thorough understanding of their injuries, promote the healing process, and avoid recurrence of symptoms in the future.  She is committed to helping every one of her patient’s accomplish their personal goals and meeting their highest level of pain free function.
