Jessica Liberty

Jessica is the clinic manager of the Waltham office and a two time graduate of Boston University with a bachelors in athletic training and a doctorate degree in physical therapy. Jessica has vast experience in Division I and III collegiate sports medicine through her athletic training background and enjoys working with active individuals. She also has experience in outpatient and inpatient physical therapy settings with an interest in spinal cord injury rehabilitation and return to recreational activity and sport. Jess places a great emphasis on patient education and injury prevention in her treatment approach and believes in the patient being an active participant in setting treatment goals in order to achieve success with physical therapy treatment. Jess has a strong background in rehabilitation with functional and sports specific training in order to help her patients met their most optimal outcomes. Jess also continues to work per diem as a certified and licensed athletic trainer in the Greater Boston Area.

Jessica is a lifelong soccer player and avid outdoorsmen, enjoying hiking and camping.

Jim has 20 years of experience in treating orthopedic, sport and work related injuries. His interest in spine care lead him to attend a two year residency in orthopedic manual therapy from The Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. Jim's passion lies in the areas of spine and post-operative shoulder rehabilitation. He believes that active patient participation, sound biomechanical principles, and thorough patient education are the keys to successful functional outcomes.

Jim enjoys teaching and has served as a lab instructor at Boston University in the Physical Therapy Department and is a frequent lecturer at North Shore Community College’s Physical Therapy Assistant Program.

He also trains in various forms of Martial Arts, enjoys Home Brewing beer and golf.  He, his wife and 3 children are also very active in their local church and its community outreach activities.

Jack graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training and Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Through his athletic training background, Jack has wide experience working with Division I and III collegiate sports including hockey, soccer, lacrosse and basketball. Jack also has a vast experience with PT across the spectrum of care, from inpatient settings like the cardiothoracic ICU and stroke rehabilitation, to outpatient clinics. Jack's areas of interest include treating running-related injuries, working with elderly patients, and educating patients to become active participants in their care.

Outside of the clinic, Jack is an avid foodie who likes to cook and try different types of food and drinks. To balance this, he likes to stay active by walking/exploring the city, swimming, and playing with dogs on the sidewalk.

Katie graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has a wide range of experience in physical therapy across the spectrum of care.  Her experiences include working in a skilled nursing facility, outpatient orthopedic settings, and at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Boston, MA. During her time at Spaulding on the comprehensive medical floor, she gained experience in teaching prosthetic gait trainers to learn how to walk again. Katie’s areas of interest include treating sports related injuries and post operative cases, neurological populations, and the elderly.  She also has clinical interest in treatment of the sacroiliac joint.

Originally from Beverly, MA, Katie was a three sport high school varsity athlete in cross country, basketball and track. Outside of the clinic, Katie enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family. Her other interests include pilates based exercise and running.
