Meet Our Team 
Alyssa Bissonnette
Northeastern University

Alyssa graduated with a BS in Rehabilitation Sciences followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She has experience in treating orthopedic injuries, burns, amputations and trauma through her co-ops and clinical rotations. She has a special interest in treating shoulder pathologies along with other sports and orthopedic injuries. Alyssa is certified in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease through the LSVT BIG program.

Alyssa grew up in New Hampshire and was a competitive swimmer for 13
years. She enjoys reading a good book in her spare time. Alyssa is conversational in Haitian Creole.

Maura Molinaro
Northeastern University

Maura graduated from Northeastern University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While in school Maura spent time working in multiple settings including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient surgical/general medicine, and outpatient pediatrics. Maura has a special interest in treating patients of all ages with orthopedic conditions with a focus on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.

Maura grew up in West Roxbury and participated in numerous sports, but most loved playing competitive volleyball for 8 years, which including a 2 week tour in Brazil.

In her free time Maura enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.

Maura works in West Roxbury Monday through Friday.

Ian Wedemeyer

Ian received his BS in Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire in 2013 followed by his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons College. Ian has experience working with outpatient orthopedics and neurological rehabilitation, working with patients ranging from school-age athletes to weekend warriors to patients with Parkinson’s Disease and post-stroke. Ian’s special interests lie with shoulder rehabilitation and athletic rehabilitation to maintain and increase performance.
Ian was born and raised in New Hampshire and found his passion through being involved in competitive sports for over a decade including football and primarily wrestling. In his spare time he likes to read science fiction/fantasy novels as well as watch anything related to the Marvel or DC Universe. He has prior experience as a personal trainer in Boston and as a volunteer wrestling coach in NH. He hopes to one day increase his coaching abilities to work directly with a wrestling team.
