Name
Kathleen Murphy
Graduate
Northeastern University
Credentials
PT, DPT

Kathleen graduated from Northeastern University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has experience working in outpatient orthopedics, inpatient surgical and medicine, as well as skilled nursing; and has worked with patients ranging from elementary-school age children to older and elderly adults. She has a special interest in treating knee, foot/ankle, and shoulder injuries.

Kathleen's interest in PT stemmed from an early high school hip injury, in which her therapist, who was also a Northeastern graduate, encouraged her to investigate the field. It has been incredibly rewarding to see the transformations patients make every day in Physical Therapy, and restoring their function and comfort is what solidified her choice to pursue PT.

Kathleen is from Natick, MA and grew up dancing, doing gymnastics, playing field hockey and competing in track and field. She has a beagle named Daisy, and absolutely loves meeting new dogs while walking her.
