“I am a former rugby player with a laundry list of chronic injuries. I have had 6 arthroscopic surgeries on my knees and labral repairs in both of my shoulders. I am getting to that point whether it was total knee replacement time. My orthopedist told me to try physical therapy again in addition to my gym routine. I was actually surprised how much better I felt after a few weeks. I am encouraged that I can put it off in the short term maybe the long term. It was one of those things were I have just been doing the same routine for too long and learned the hard way about seated leg extensions. All 5 stars for Bay State. I will probably be back for the shoulder at some point too.”
