When his childhood friend qualified for the Boston Marathon last year, Bret Ferrell, MSPT, CSCS and Bay State Physical Therapy partner in Beverly, decided this was the year he too would finally commit, train, and run the Boston Marathon. With just under 6 weeks until race day, marathon training is in full swing. Ferrell completes weekly long runs every Saturday along with cross training during the week.
