Marcello grew up in Milford, MA. He graduated from Springfield College with a doctorate in physical therapy in 2023. Before then he graduated with his bachelor’s in health science. During his time at Springfield, he had the opportunity to study abroad in Barcelona, Spain during the spring semester of his junior year.
Marcello’s interest in physical therapy began early on in his life after sustaining multiple injuries over the years as a three-sport athlete. He enjoys the ability to aid his patients in decreasing their pain and improving their function through exercise. During his final year of grad-school, he completed various clinical rotations in MA and CT. These experiences in both orthopedics and skilled nursing facilities aided in his advanced skillset needed to be an effective physical therapist from pediatrics to geriatrics.
His current interests include working with spinal pathologies and sports injuries. He also has an interest in dry needling and other forms of manual release techniques. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, skiing, and lifting in the gym. Marcello is currently taking patients in the Foxboro clinic.
