Sean S.

Sean S., PT, DPT, is a graduate of University of Connecticut where he received his Bachelor of Science in Allied Health with a minor in Molecular Cell Biology. He continued his education at UConn and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Having been a patient himself after tearing his ACL, Sean deeply understands the importance of building strong relationships with his patients in order to enhance outcomes. His approach is patient-centered, aiming to ensure that every individual feels heard and supported throughout their rehabilitation. Sean enjoys being a part of someone’s rehab journey as he strives to get his patients back to doing the things they love.

As a student, Sean gained experience at an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Rhode Island as well as at a level one trauma center in Illinois. Sean also spent time working in home health rehabilitation treating patients throughout the south coast of Massachusetts. Sean enjoys treating people of all ages with an emphasis on geriatrics and post operative conditions.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys skiing, golfing, and fishing. He also enjoys cheering on the men’s and women’s UConn basketball teams and catching a Bruins or Patriots game.
