Nicole Palizzolo

With more than 12 years of experience at Cypress Health Partners, Nicole brings extensive knowledge of physician relations, provider outreach, and clinic growth and development. As Physician Relations Manager, she leads the physician liaison team and works closely with clinic and regional leadership to strengthen provider partnerships, develop strategic growth opportunities, and expand access to physical therapy services throughout the communities Cypress Health Partners serves.

Nicole is passionate about building meaningful relationships across the healthcare community and bringing people together to create opportunities for growth and collaboration. She enjoys working alongside teams to identify new ways to support clinic success, strengthen connections with healthcare providers, and ensure more patients have access to the care they need.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Bridgewater State University. She resides in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her children at their sporting events, and staying actively involved in her community and her children’s schools.
