Bay State Physical Therapy has expanded its access to care in Rhode Island with a new location in North Providence, RI.

Appointments are now available at the new Bay State Physical Therapy, North Providence! The clinic is located at 41 Smithfield Road, North Providence, Rhode Island 02904, in the North Providence Marketplace. The office opened as of May 15th, 2023.

Bay State Physical Therapy, North Providence, is conveniently located at the end of the building, directly next to Queen Nails and across the parking lot from Shaw’s Supermarket. The ground-level office is handicap accessible, with ample parking in front of the clinic. It offers spacious treatment areas with state-of-the-art equipment and staff that are fluent in Spanish.

The Bay State Physical Therapy, North Providence, is led by Managing Partner Katy Coughlin, PT, DPT, OCS, OMT, who is also Managing Partner of the Providence – Plain Street clinic. Katy is a graduate of Simmons College with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and has been a team member with Bay State Physical Therapy since 2013. Katy holds many advanced certifications, including Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, IOMT Level 1 by the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.
