Physical Therapy Partnership Opportunities

Partnering with Bay State provides an opportunity to continue to build your clinics, but with the infrastructure and support of a true partner. Our structure allows for you to spend more time with your patients and on growing your practice, while also allowing you to share in the continued success of the organization. Let’s work together to help take your clinics to the next level of success.

  • Partner with an organization that believes patient care is at the center of all that we do
  • Ensure the highest levels of regulatory compliance with resources dedicated to reviewing and implementing the latest regulatory standards
  • Benefit from dedicated operational and clinical resources to help you implement the latest treatment techniques and enhanced continuing education
  • Spend more time treating patients and growing your patient base and less time on administration, revenue cycle management, and talent acquisition
  • Create greater work/life flexibility, while also ensuring that a succession plan is in place

Starting the Process
Step1

Introduction and Initial Assessment

Contemplating a partnership or transition is a decision that requires trust, communication, and a strong understanding of each party’s goals and objectives. We believe that getting to know our organizational philosophy, clinical model, and our team is a critical first step in working together. We’ll also get the opportunity to better understand your organization and assess our ability to achieve your objectives.

Step2

Diligence & Structuring

If there is good alignment between our organizations and the cultural fit is strong, we will move forward in structuring a partnership or transition offer. We believe in being fully transparent in our offer structure and look to move forward with a Letter of Intent only when we are highly confident that the transaction will achieve both parties’ goals and objectives.

Step3

Confirmation, Closing & Integration

Once we have executed a Letter of Intent, we will work expeditiously to confirm that our organizations are well-suited to work together and work towards a closing. We believe in taking a collegial and collaborative approach to diligence, closing, and integration planning. We want to ensure that there is no interruption for your team or your patient and that we work together to build a great organization.

Step4

Post-Closing

After closing we’ll work to maintain the quality of care that you’ve developed, while continuing to invest in the resources to achieve sustainable patient-centric growth.
