Diligence & Structuring
If there is good alignment between our organizations and the cultural fit is strong, we will move forward in structuring a partnership or transition offer. We believe in being fully transparent in our offer structure and look to move forward with a Letter of Intent only when we are highly confident that the transaction will achieve both parties’ goals and objectives.
Confirmation, Closing & Integration
Once we have executed a Letter of Intent, we will work expeditiously to confirm that our organizations are well-suited to work together and work towards a closing.
