  • Structure a transition process tailored to your retirement goals
Starting the Process
Step1

Introduction and Initial Assessment

Contemplating a partnership or transition is a decision that requires trust, communication, and a strong understanding of each party’s goals and objectives. We believe that getting to know our organizational philosophy, clinical model, and our team is a critical first step in working together. We’ll also get the opportunity to better understand your organization and assess our ability to achieve your objectives.

Step2

Diligence & Structuring

If there is good alignment between our organizations and the cultural fit is strong, we will move forward in structuring a partnership or transition offer. We believe in being fully transparent in our offer structure and look to move forward with a Letter of Intent only when we are highly confident that the transaction will achieve both parties’ goals and objectives.

Step3

Confirmation, Closing & Integration

Once we have executed a Letter of Intent, we will work expeditiously to confirm that our organizations are well-suited to work together and work towards a closing. We believe in taking a collegial and collaborative approach to diligence, closing, and integration planning. We want to ensure that there is no interruption for your team or your patients.

Step4

Post-Closing

After closing we’ll work to maintain the quality of care that you’ve developed, while continuing to invest in the resources to achieve sustainable patient-centric growth.
