Reena received her Doctorate degree in physical therapy from the Dominican College of Blauvelt, located in Orangeburg, NY, in 2010. She also received her master’s degree in athletic training from Seton Hall University in 2004. She has worked in an outpatient orthopedic setting for over 15 years. Reena has had the opportunity to work with a variety of sports-related injuries. Through her years of experience as an athletic trainer and physical therapist, Reena has worked with numerous high school, collegiate, and professional-level athletes.
Reena’s interests are focused on orthopedic and sport-related injuries as well as overall health and wellness. Recently Reena received a specialization in pelvic floor physical therapy through the APTA. She obtained her CAPP-Pelvic which provides her with further training in pelvic health. She enjoys teaching and empowering her patients to improve their quality of life through education, activity modification, corrective exercise, and being a resource to them. Her specialization in pelvic floor and orthopedic sports allows her to use the latest research to provide her patients with the most effective treatment plans. She is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the National Athletic Training Association (NATA). Reena is also a member of the board of allied health of MA, since 2019. On this board she holds an athletic training seat and is an integral part of the team of professionals to maintain public safety and stay current with rules and regulations. Currently, Reena is the clinic manager of Bay State PT in Westwood, leading a wonderful team of clinicians.
When she is not treating patients, Reena enjoys yoga, meditation, cooking, and making memories with her family (husband and three children).
