Ana M., OTR/L, graduated from the University of New Hampshire’s Occupational Therapy program in 2024 and is passionate about helping people of all ages live more independent and meaningful lives. Occupational therapy focuses on helping individuals participate in the everyday activities—or “occupations”—that are important to them, whether that’s getting dressed, cooking a meal, returning to work, participating in hobbies, or improving mobility and balance. Ana enjoys working with patients across the lifespan, creating personalized treatment plans that help them safely return to the activities that matter most.

Ana is also certified in LSVT BIG, an evidence-based treatment program designed for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. This specialized approach focuses on improving balance, mobility, and functional movement through large, intentional movements that help patients move more safely and confidently in their daily routines.

Outside of the clinic, Ana enjoys spending time at the beach, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
