Karyn R., PT, DPT

Graduate: Ithaca College

Karyn completed her education at Ithaca College where she completed their physical therapy program.  She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Health Studies with a double minor in Health and Nutrition Promotion, then continued on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Karyn is certified in dry needling for orthopedic rehabilitation and sport performance as well as cupping which gives her a wide range of available treatment interventions.

Karyn believes in patient-centered care with a functional treatment approach which gives her patients the ability to regain full strength and mobility in order to return to their sport or recreational activity. Karyn was involved in competitive athletics since a young age including her favorite sport softball. She enjoyed coaching student athletes where she was able to apply her strong foundation in biomechanics to her pitching lessons. Karyn likes treating post-op patients, ankle sprains, and other orthopedic injuries.

In her free time, Karyn enjoys being outdoors and playing golf, hiking, and skiing with her family.
