Location: Bay State Physical Therapy – Cumberland-RI
Hollyann H., PTA, graduated from New England Institute of Technology where she recieved her Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. Hollyann chose to become a Physical Therapy Assistant because it was a good combination of her interests in sports and science. The human body is like a puzzle, and she loves solving puzzles, so helping people get back to their best self is a bonus.
Hollyann has clinical experience in skilled nursing facilities and working with adults with various neurological conditions but has spent most of her career in outpatient clinics. Her clinical interests include pre- and post-surgical rehab, general orthopedics, sports injuries, and working with hypermobility patients. She enjoys using various manual techniques like Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization and Muscle Energy Techniques. Hollyann wants her patients to know that she will try her best to be the person that is going to listen to everything you have to say, whether it is about your health or the fun things you did since she last saw you.
Outside of the clinic, Hollyann enjoys reading, traveling, finding new coffee shops to try, and watching a good hockey game.
