PT, DPT
Location: Bay State Physical Therapy – Allston, MA
Lisha W., PT, DPT, received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at MGH Institute of Health Professions. She is passionate about providing individualized care and being an integral part of her patient’s recovery process to help them return to doing the things they love.
Her clinical background includes treating various adult orthopedic conditions, pediatric orthopedic and neurological conditions, and acute post-operative neurological and spinal presentations. While she enjoys treating all patients across the lifespan with various presentations, she is especially interested in treating the pediatric population and helping them return to play. She incorporates functional exercise, patient education, functional activities, and manual techniques to manage symptoms and empower patients to achieve long-term recovery and management.
Outside of the clinic, Lisha works with Boston Ballet School in their adaptive dance program, frequents popular restaurants in the city, stays active at the gym, and snowboards in the winter. Having grown up in San Diego, she loves to spend time outdoors and hangout at the beach.
