Alexa M., PT, DPT, graduated from Quinnipiac University where she received her Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy. Alexa experienced many injuries as a youth soccer player and dancer which led to her pursuing a career in Physical Therapy after seeing how beneficial the treatment was for her. She is passionate about connecting with her patients on a personal level and is dedicated to guiding them through their recovery journey.
Alexa has clinical experience in various outpatient clinics as well as the hospital setting in acute rehab. She enjoys working with all ages and different diagnoses and her treatment
strategies include manual skills, therapeutic exercises, and education to help achieve a patient’s personal goals. She will also use cupping as a beneficial treatment option when appropriate. Alexa wants her patients to know that they are more than just their injury, and it is her goal to help them understand that.
Outside the clinic, Alexa enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and finding new coffee shops around town.
