Bethany S., MSPT, DPT, has 20 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient and rehabilitation settings, Bethany is a compassionate and dedicated physical therapist committed to providing patient-centered care. Her approach to rehabilitation combines evidence-based treatments and a deep focus on the individual needs of each patient, empowering them to recover to their fullest potential. Specializing in geriatric physical therapy, she holds certifications as a Geriatric Certified Specialist (GCS), Certified Exercise Expert for Aging Adults (CEEAA) and is a Balance and Fall Prevention Credentialed Therapist through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She is passionate about helping older adults regain their independence and improve their quality of life, especially in the face of surgeries, hospitalizations, and physical deconditioning.
Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working across a variety of settings—from inpatient and outpatient clinics to rehab centers, treating diverse patient populations. Her experience spans techniques including dry needling, Kinesio taping, aquatic physical therapy, and wound care. Bethany has worked with student and professional athletes, including those in the NFL, NHL, and Team USA Figure Skating. Her passion has always been figure skating as an ice dancer, and she now contributes her expertise as a Gold Level ice dancer providing care as part of the medical team at prestigious events such as the World Championships and Skate America US Figure Skating competitions.
Bethany believes in the power of movement and rehabilitation to transform lives, whether it’s helping a senior regain mobility, guiding an athlete back to peak performance, or supporting a patient in their post-surgical recovery. She’s driven by a deep commitment to helping patients achieve their personal health goals and return to a life of independence, strength, and vitality.
