Location: Bay State Physical Therapy – Brockton - Pearl Street, MA
Graduate: Merrimack College
| Sandy is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Merrimack College, MA and her Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from Midlands Technical College, SC. Her passion for physical therapy began while working and traveling with Merrimack’s baseball and soccer teams as a student athletic trainer. This experience sparked her interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation and inspired her to pursue a career as a PTA. Sandy spent 13 years in a hospital-based orthopedic rehabilitation setting, helping patients improve balance, range of motion, strength, and mobility before and after surgery while reducing pain and returning to the activities they enjoy.
Outside of work, Sandy enjoys staying active and working out regularly. She is passionate about continuing to learn new ways to help her patients feel stronger, healthier, and more confident throughout their recovery. |
