Gretchen Z., PT, DPT graduated from Ithica College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She pursued a career in PT because she enjoys working with people and has always been interested in Anatomy and Exercise Science. She loves having the ability to help patients get back to the activities that are important to them without pain.
Gretchen loves working with orthopedic patients pre- and post-operatively to ensure the best outcomes possible. Additionally, she enjoys working with patients with neurological conditions. During graduate school, Gretchen completed clinical rotations at an impatient rehabilitation center and multiple outpatient orthopedic clinics. She aims for PT to be a collaborative effort, where patient-centered care is the priority.
Outside of work, Gretchen enjoys hiking, running, and anything involving the outdoors. She also loves to travel and enjoys reading in her free time.
