Virginia S., PT, DPT, received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Safety Management from Slippery Rock University and is a new graduate of Temple University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Virginia had a very active lifestyle growing up as an athlete and has experienced several injuries throughout her life. Seeing the success her family members have had with Physical Therapy reinforced her desire to help others who thought they had to live with the pain like she did. From her love of science to her passion for being active inspired her to pursue a career in PT. Virginia has an interest in treating athletes of all ages and emphasizes functional tasks and patient specific tasks in her treatments.
Outside of work, Virginia loves reading, gaming, hiking, and intramural sports. She also is fond of baking/cooking, exploring, performing arts, drawing/painting, and getting involved in her community!
