Denise F. is a physical therapist who has served patients in the Bay State Physical Therapy – Jean Avenue and Bay State Physical Therapy – 855 Main Street offices for over 30 years, when they were formerly known as Drum Hill Physical Therapy and Tewksbury Physical Therapy. She graduated in 1984 from Boston University’s Sargent College of Allied Health Professions. Starting her career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Denise had the opportunity to gain experience treating patients as part of a multi-disciplinary team in general medical, general surgical, orthopedic, neurological, and acute-rehab services.
Applying the PT skills she has honed over the years, Denise helps patients of all ages, with various orthopedic and neurological issues. With her vast experience and knowledge base she helps patients achieve their therapy goals and return to function. Her particular areas of interest are the treatment of the SI joint and core stability training.
When she is not working, she enjoys the outdoors staying active with hiking, running and scuba diving.
