Joseph W., PT, DPT, earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2017. During his doctoral program, he gained extensive clinical experience through rotations in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation settings.
Joe has a strong passion for treating musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries, with a particular focus on late-stage return-to-sport rehabilitation. He holds multiple advanced certifications, including Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, Graston Technique, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Gray Institute Functional Golf System, EMT-Basic, and CPR/AED.
He is committed to providing evidence-based, individualized care, integrating manual therapy, corrective therapeutic exercises, and safely progressed rehabilitation programs. Joe’s approach emphasizes functional recovery tailored to each patient’s personal health and performance goals. With over eight years of clinical experience and five years in leadership roles managing staff and clinicians, Joe brings both expertise and a collaborative mindset to his practice.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, golfing, snowboarding, and relaxing at the beach.
