Savannah R., PT, DPT

Savannah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Northeastern University in 2020 and her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Sciences from Skidmore College in 2014. Savannah was a competitive horseback rider for eight years and was on the Skidmore College national champion intercollegiate equestrian team. She grew up in Needham, MA and worked as a personal trainer between her undergraduate and graduate studies. Savannah completed her first outpatient clinical rotation at Professional Physical Therapy (Medway, MA), working with adolescents through older adults with various sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Her inpatient clinical rotation was at Saratoga Hospital (Saratoga Springs, NY) where she worked on all units including intensive care, general medical/surgical, and the emergency department. Savannah’s second outpatient rotation was at Hodgson Physical Therapy & Pilates (North Dighton, MA) where she learned how to incorporate Pilates philosophy, mat and equipment exercises to treat patients with acute and chronic orthopedic conditions. 

Savannah will be pursuing advanced manual therapy skills and certifications through continuing education courses. She believes in treating the whole patient and developing a strong therapeutic alliance. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family and pets.
