Anna S., PT, DPT

Anna received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of New England in Portland, Maine in 2017.  While in graduate school, Anna had great community involvement, and enjoyed volunteering and conducting foot clinics at the local homeless shelter. Anna received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Bachelor of Arts in Dance in 2013, and enjoyed dancing, choreographing, and teaching elective dance classes to non-major dance students at UMass Amherst during this time.

Anna began her career with Bay State Physical Therapy in 2017, and has enjoyed working in orthopedics, particularly with post-operative cases, geriatrics, and dancers. Anna began specializing in Pelvic Health and pelvic floor dysfunction in 2019, receiving her training through Herman and Wallace. Anna is passionate about treating pelvic floor dysfunction, including conditions such as urinary and fecal incontinence, dyspareunia, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, and prenatal and postpartum pain, among others.  She has great passion to watch and facilitate her patients improvement and recovery.  In her spare time, Anna enjoys taking pilates classes, shopping at Trader Joes, cooking and hiking.
