Location: Bay State Physical Therapy – Saugus, MA
Cat S., PT, DPT, graduated from Simmons University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Throughout her time in school, Cat gained experience in a variety of settings from the Neuro/Neurosurgery ICU at Barnes Jewish Hospital to college based performing arts at Boston Conservatory at Berklee as well as working with many outpatient orthopedic clinics in New England. She has worked with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions with a special interest in dance medicine, pelvic floor, and post-operative sports rehab. Cat values continuing education and constantly expanding her skill set with current certifications in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation through the Herman and Wallace Institute as well as Integrated Dry Needling.
Outside of work, Cat maintains a relationship with dance and enjoys finding a variety of classes from ballet to West Coast Swing. Despite her enjoyment of city life in Boston, Cat often returns to her quiet home in Maine to visit and spend time with family.
