Danielle M., PT, DPT

Location: Bay State Physical Therapy – Bristol

Graduate: Arcadia University

Born and raised Rhode Islander, Danielle graduated from Portsmouth High School where she was a member of the Barrington/Mt. Hope/Portsmouth Girls’ Ice Hockey co-op team. She went on to The University of Akron in Ohio where she graduated with her B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology while also a NCAA Division 1 rifle student-athlete. From there she began making her way back east, attending Arcadia University, just outside of Philly, for her Doctor of Physical Therapy. After completing her final clinical at Bay State Physical Therapy, she knew she wanted to be a part of the team with patient-centered values and return to the East Bay to provide the best care to the community she grew up in.

Growing up a multi-sport athlete, Danielle has personal and now professional experience with the rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Danielle also has experience in specialty areas including the treatment of vertigo and vestibular disorders, post-concussion, TMJ disorders, and neurological conditions. Danielle uses a hands-on approach to assess deficits during a thorough evaluation, then implements individualized plans of care for personalized treatment to attain functional goals and develop proper movement patterns. With thorough patient education, Danielle helps to empower patients during their recovery to get back to the activities they love while also promoting lifelong health and wellness.

Outside of the clinic, Dani enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, reading, watching the Bruins, and taking her black lab puppy, Perry, on walks through downtown and Colt State Park.
