Darshi is an experienced, multilingual, culturally inclusive physical therapist who graduated with a master’s degree in neuro-musculoskeletal rehabilitation from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014. She has recently moved to Boston and joined our Baystate team as Clinic manager. She believes that physical therapy is a movement medicine for healing. She follows an integrative line of treatment approach incorporating pain science, myofascial – skeletal restriction management with different manual therapy maneuvers like cupping , trigger point dry needling, movement with mobilization reinforcing with corrective posture and movement retraining, functional strengthening, balance rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, yoga-based stretches, breathing exercises, patient education as indicated from a detailed assessment to promote safe patient recovery and their ability to achieve their functional goals of returning to their recreational activities, work and be able to manage their symptoms independently in the long run. She is dedicated to her profession, treats the patient as a whole and encourages a healthy lifestyle. She strongly believes in teamwork and communication.

She is a newbie in the tennis world. She enjoys travelling, chasing sunsets and being outdoors, may it be at the waterfront in the city or at riverbanks between the mountain valleys.
