John W.
MPT
Location: Bay State Physical Therapy – Cranston, RI
Graduate: Rockhurst University
John has spent many years treating various patients in all areas of outpatient therapy settings (private practices, hospital-based, physician-owned). He enjoys orthopedics and sports-related therapy the most. John enjoys treating patients of all ages. John was previously a senior PT and clinical manager for previous employers.
He became interested in PT as a profession when he listened to his uncle tell stories about his rehabilitation. He was a severely wounded U.S. Marine in Vietnam believed to be dead on the battlefield. Fortunately, with the due diligence of one U.S. Navy corpsman, his uncle was found to be alive and rescued. As a kid, he met many of his uncle’s wounded platoon members who had all suffered great harm during the war.
John enjoys spending time with his family and friends. John likes to cook and make woodworking, all home improvement and construction phases.
