Kelsey received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science in 2015 from Winthrop University where she played collegiate softball. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from MCPHS University in 2020.

Kelsey enjoys working with all individuals regardless of their specific limitations, and enjoys working with all orthopedic conditions as well as women and men with pelvic floor dysfunction. She is educated through Herman and Wallace in treating men and women with pelvic floor dysfunction associated with urinary incontinence, urinary leakage, urinary frequency, pain with intercourse, constipation, and diastasis recti. Kelsey has completed both Level 1 and Level 2A of the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Provider series.

Kelsey is also very passionate about orthopedic-based physical therapy, helping others live their lives to the fullest, and has treated people of all ages and activity levels. She utilizes many techniques when working with her clients, some of which include instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM), dry needling, and many cutting-edge techniques based on the every evolving physical therapy industry.

Kelsey enjoys exercising, whether that be running outside or working out in the gym, travelling, and spending time with her husband, Cam, and dog, Coppitt.
