Laura attended the University of Toronto where she completed a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, Laura completed her Bachelors of Health Science with Honours at the University of Western Ontario where she explored her interest in anatomy and exercise physiology. She has worked in Canada and Massachusetts in outpatient orthopedics since graduating in 2011. 

Laura has undergone post graduate training in the fields of Integrative Dry Needling (IDN), selective functional movement assessment (SFMA), Graston Technique, Pilates therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques of the spine and peripheral joints. Laura’s treatment philosophy combines various manual therapies along with neuromuscular re-education and therapeutic exercise to help patients achieve their functional goals in a safe and pain-free way. 

Laura stays busy with two young kids and enjoys strength training, pilates and cycling when she isn’t running after her little ones. She loves being outdoors with her family and traveling as much as she can.
