Serena received her Bachelor’s in Premedical and Health Studies from MCPHS University in Boston, MA. She worked as a Middle School Science teacher, sharing her love of Science with students from grades 6-8. During this time of educating young minds, Serena was actively working on her resume to pursue her career as a Physical Therapist. Serena worked in a variety of different settings delivering patient care. Serena has had the opportunity to assist and observe the Schroth Method, which is specialized program for patients with scoliosis.

Serena’s love for physical therapy began with her personal encounter with scoliosis and deepened through her experience working with patients who have scoliosis. She continued her education at American International College, receiving her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023. Throughout her PT studies, her clinical experiences included outpatient physical therapy here at Bay State Physical Therapy – Chelmsford, a skilled nursing facility, and early intervention services. Regardless of setting, Serena’s objective is to deliver the highest quality, patient centered care.
