Ryan D., PT, DPT, CIDN graduated in 2021 from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences with his doctorate in Physical Therapy and received his B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island in 2016. Following PT school, he worked in multiple clinics gaining knowledge and experience from 20+ year senior physical therapists. He then moved on to Bay State Physical Therapy, working in 4 separate locations over 3 years, while gaining experience treating patients of various cultural and lingual backgrounds. He now works full-time in the Franklin office.
Ryan has experience working with a variety of populations and diagnoses including pediatrics, pre and post op orthopedics, geriatrics, and athletes. He is certified in dry needling, and he also has significant interest in spinal manipulation, and he worked closely with in house chiropractors while working for Bay State in Attleboro, to further improve his knowledge base and offer his patients treatment options beyond his graduate level expertise. He also has plans to become fully certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT).
Ryan is known to help patients work through pain symptoms in order to ensure they reach their full potential and return to activities and sports that they love. He consistently reads and stays current with pain science theories and continually emphasizes it within his practice.
